TGRAD has a culture of opportunity & training against performance driven metrics.
From top to bottom we are looking for producers and people of character.
The vast majority of our members are professionals who value time spent when it's time spent well.
We want activity at a level consistent with a volunteer army and we put family first. When called to 'duty', when reserves are 'activated', when EVE is 'real' that is when we need you most.
TGRAD has adapted to the RZR mindset of deployment as a way of life. Tenal is home but the sweetest grass is foraged just over the next fence.
TGRAD has a generous ship replacement policy. RZR has a generous specialty ship replacement policy.
TGRAD and RZR have an aggressive capital production policy.
We are actively recruiting. We are actively recruiting Capital & Super Pilots as well.
If you appreciate organization and can operate within a professional metrics system. If you can keep out of smack talk and stay out of local chat, and if you can make a difference then you are TGRAD material.

Bump for a message on the the State of Sov warfare in EVE. Let's get the Chairman of the Board to blog it up.
Pilots, this is the time for good times. Whether you're fighting with us or against us, come on up and get into the fight in Tribute and Venal.
USTZ pilots, the most excellent Euro Timers mean that after almost a year of shooting structures and being blue balled you have the freedom to engage in fun harassing fleets against competent pilots in roughly equal numbers. There is no higher calling.
Yes, we still have to grind structure but no we don't have to only grind structure in USTZ.
Aussie's, Pacific, and early Russian players this is an epic time for gang fights.

TGRAD
As a recruiter, a member of TGRAD for almost 2 years, and a E-UNI Graduate I could offer up a lot of descriptions of TGRAD as a Corporation but that would be my opinion.
Consistently TGRAD is described as mature, steady, and well organized.
We have our killers and carebears, but when the chips are in play and a job needs to be done it gets done.
I described TGRAD to a recruit a few weeks back as a 'blue collar' corp because management has been stable for years, drama is at a minimum, and basically folks delegated to do the jobs that need to be done are volunteers.
TGRAD always has a standing fleet up, and if for some reason it's not up then it's 'your responsibility' to make a fleet.
TGRAD believes in personal responsibility and individual pilot motivation. If there's a job to do, do the job that needs to be done.
Yeah, and we have good fights and pvp. :-)
I'm always in -TGRAD Pub-, if you'd like to talk about TGRAD or RZR I'll be there for you. Simon |

TGRAD Recruitment is once again open.
We are aggressively looking for pilots in the Aussie/Oceanic/Asian/Japan/Russian/Indian time periods. If you and your friends are flying in that time period we want you on the fast track. As the majority of our corporation and alliance speak English that's a plus but it's time we make the next step and attempt to learn a second language. Something other than Scottish. (Humor for our Scots)
If you have multi-lingual talents that's a real plus as we're going global. We want your input and your insight and we want you in fleet.
Recruitment is open for any time zone. You need to be able to fly a Stealth Bomber and generally speaking 15 million skillpoints will enable you to adapt to null sec. Try to make some ISK along the way and "Fly Logistics" for love and admiration.
Tour of Duty - TGRAD has a number of former industrialists. We do consider all qualities of an applicant. We are a PvP corporation and we want to train people to fight, to FC, and to not lose Jump Freighters. We've got a bit more edge as a member corporation of RAZOR Alliance than we used to, but we do understand that at some point a player makes a decision to go combat. If you're ready for your combat duty we're ready for you.
Our public channel is -TGRAD Pub- and recruiters, members, and leadership are always available for conversation. We take security reasonably seriously so if discretion matters you can send an in game mail to myself, Zorts, or any of our leadership team.

I am imagining all of the work that is quietly being done behind the scenes right now. When TGRAD builds infrastructure it's a monument of skill, experience, and tenacity.
/bump - for a great Corporation that's now leading an Alliance
I fully expect front line duty for the Corp and I'm eager to see where the Sov is going to fall.
Note: I don't believe recruitment will be reopened until Sov has been established but keep this great group of guys and gals on your radar. |
